Well on the start of this new journey of mine, I decided that I couldn't let weekends make me fail, so I decided to make sure I prep food for an entire WEEK every Sunday, and make sure I have a meal plan written (or typed) out. Making a meal plan will also help with your grocery shopping for the week, and in turn no wasted food :) WIN WIN!!
If you battle to do meal plans, start small, do only two or three days at a time and go up from there!! It does get easier, and it is SO much better than falling off the wagon every weekend - who wants to do THAT when they REALLY want to get the results they need and or want!?
