New Shakeology Customers....

Since starting my new healthy lifestyle of exercising with Beachbody, I have had a few people ask me about Shakeology. One of the most common questions I've been asked is whether there are any symptoms that I have experienced when I started and since I started.

Have you tried Shakeology before? I know some people when they first try it can't stand the taste, but they have a nice variety of flavours - my favorite being the Chocolate so far :)

If you have tried it before, how many times did you try it? I know from experience that you should try it at least more than once, and experiment with different recipes - yup, there are some really good recipes out there for all the different flavours!! I'd say one should try it for at least a week. The changed Shakeology does to your body - in a good way - are amazing!! I personally feel SO much healthier and can definitely feel unhealthy if I don't drink it for a day!!
 
I don't want to force anything down anyones throat, because some people I have spoken to have said they are not a shake person, or have taken one sip and said it didn't taste good to them. But it definitely can take a few tries to like it and really enjoy the benefits of this amazing drink. Try it once a day for a week, and see for yourself - you won't be sorry!! :)

My question is:

If you ate a chocolate bar that didn't taste so good, would you give up chocolate all together?
If you bought a car that turned out to be a total lemon, would you only buy trucks in the future?
If you didn't like catfish, would you never try halibut or cod or any other seafood?
If you didn't like pineapple, would never try another fruit in your life?
If you had a bad experience at a lake, would you never enter another body of water?

Have you been drinking Shakeology for a week or so and noticing that you are pooping more often?



This isn't a subject I normally discuss, but it is a topic that needs to be addressed.

#MotivationMonday

Mondays are ALWAYS the worst for me!! Today I decided I would take some photos to see if I have had any results yet - it's only been 1 week so I wasn't expecting a huge difference (if any at all).... But HOLY BATMAN, look at me GO!!!! :) **please excuse my Kim Kardashian butt, not sure when I got that!! LOL**

I am SO pleased with my results so far, and SO proud that I have not given up yet - I am DETERMINED to NOT give up, and to continue giving it my all.

With that being said, this has really motivated me to keep going, and I hope this will keep you motivated too!!

Weekends Suck?

When you are trying to live a healthy and fit lifestyle, do you find it hard to stay motivated and GOOD on weekend?? I know I do!!

Well on the start of this new journey of mine, I decided that I couldn't let weekends make me fail, so I decided to make sure I prep food for an entire WEEK every Sunday, and make sure I have a meal plan written (or typed) out. Making a meal plan will also help with your grocery shopping for the week, and in turn no wasted food :) WIN WIN!!

If you battle to do meal plans, start small, do only two or three days at a time and go up from there!! It does get easier, and it is SO much better than falling off the wagon every weekend - who wants to do THAT when they REALLY want to get the results they need and or want!?

The Start of my 21 Day Fix Journey

I started my 21 Day Fix Journey on Monday this week. I've been pretty excited about this and really can't wait to see my results in the end.

As I write this tonight I have successfully completed Day 5 - soooo proud of myself!!

Please follow me on this exciting journey, I am not sure yet how many rounds I'm going to do. I think I'm just going to wing it and see how things go and when I get the results I want :)
